- 创建任务：在主界面输入任务名称并按回车。展开更多设置后，可选择优先级、预计时长、标签、截止日期、补充说明和可选的定时提醒。
- 推进任务：当前任务会显示计时。你可以暂停、继续、完成或跳过；完成后，队列中的下一项会自动接续。
- 进入专注：使用“番茄钟”建立专注节奏，或进入“专注模式”显示全屏计时界面。
- 开启悬浮：点击主界面顶部的“悬浮”，当前任务会以小型窗口保持在桌面前方。再次点击可关闭。
- 查看统计：进入“设置 → 统计”，查看完成数、专注时长、趋势、优先级和标签分布。
Using InspoTask
- Create a task: Enter a task name on the main screen and press Return. Expand More Settings to optionally set priority, estimated duration, tags, a due date, notes, and a scheduled reminder.
- Work through tasks: Your current task shows a timer. Pause, resume, complete, or skip it. When completed, the next queued task starts automatically.
- Focus: Use Pomodoro to create a work rhythm, or open Focus Mode for a full-screen timer.
- Use the floating window: Click Floating in the top toolbar to keep the current task in a compact always-on-top window. Click it again to hide the window.
- Review statistics: Open Settings → Statistics to see completions, focus time, trends, priorities, and tag distribution.
提醒与自定义音频
在“设置 → 提醒”中，你可以开启或关闭声音，并选择：
- 系统铃声：使用简短、克制的提示音；
- 人声播报：使用 Mac 已安装的中文或英文系统声音，可选择播报任务名称；
- 自定义音频：为番茄钟结束、任务到期、完成任务和定时提醒分别选择音频。
自定义音频支持 MP3、M4A 和 WAV，单个文件最长 5 分钟、最大 50 MB。音频仅保存在本机，不会上传。
关于定时提醒当前版本会在应用运行时检查提醒；如果提醒时间已错过，应用下次打开时会补充提醒。若需要持续接收提醒，请不要完全退出 InspoTask。
Reminders and Custom Audio
In Settings → Reminders, you can enable or disable sound and choose:
- System tone: A short, restrained notification sound;
- Spoken reminder: A Chinese or English system voice installed on your Mac, with an option to speak the task name;
- Custom audio: Separate audio for Pomodoro completion, due tasks, task completion, and scheduled reminders.
Custom audio supports MP3, M4A, and WAV files up to 5 minutes and 50 MB each. Audio stays on your device and is never uploaded.
About scheduled remindersThe current version checks reminders while the app is running. If a reminder time is missed, the app will remind you the next time it opens. Do not fully quit InspoTask if you need it to continue checking reminders.
导出、导入与恢复数据
- 导出：打开“设置 → 数据”，点击“导出”，再选择保存位置。备份文件包含任务、历史、设置及已导入的自定义提示音。
- 导入：点击“导入”并选择 InspoTask JSON 备份。导入会覆盖当前数据，应用会先尝试保留一份最近自动备份。
- 恢复：如果导入或清空后需要撤销，可在数据设置中尝试“恢复最近自动备份”。
请妥善保存备份InspoTask 不提供云端账号或服务器备份。更换设备或重装系统前，请先导出备份并保存到安全位置。
Exporting, Importing, and Restoring Data
- Export: Open Settings → Data, click Export, and choose a save location. The backup includes tasks, history, settings, and imported custom reminder audio.
- Import: Click Import and select an InspoTask JSON backup. Importing replaces current data, so the app first attempts to preserve a recent automatic backup.
- Restore: If you need to undo an import or clear operation, try Restore Recent Automatic Backup in Data settings.
Keep backups safeInspoTask does not provide a cloud account or server backup. Before changing devices or reinstalling macOS, export a backup and store it somewhere safe.

关闭主窗口后，为什么 InspoTask 还在运行？Why does InspoTask remain open after I close the main window?
关闭主窗口时，InspoTask 会隐藏到菜单栏，以便悬浮窗和计时继续工作。点击菜单栏中的 InspoTask 图标可重新显示窗口；如需完全退出，请从菜单栏图标中选择“退出 InspoTask”，或使用应用菜单中的退出命令。
Closing the main window hides InspoTask to the menu bar so the floating window and timer can continue. Click the InspoTask menu bar icon to show the window again. To quit completely, choose Quit InspoTask from the menu bar icon or the app menu.
为什么人声音色与其他 Mac 不完全一样？Why does the spoken voice differ from another Mac?
InspoTask 使用 macOS 提供的本机系统语音。可用声音会因系统版本、语言设置和已下载的语音资源而不同。你可以在 macOS 的系统设置中管理系统声音。
InspoTask uses the on-device voices provided by macOS. Available voices vary by macOS version, language settings, and downloaded voice resources. You can manage system voices in macOS System Settings.
为什么自定义音频无法导入？Why can't I import custom audio?
请确认文件是 MP3、M4A 或 WAV，时长不超过 5 分钟且大小不超过 50 MB。如果文件仍无法识别，可先使用系统自带或可信工具转换为常见 MP3/M4A 格式后重试。
Make sure the file is MP3, M4A, or WAV, no longer than 5 minutes, and no larger than 50 MB. If it still cannot be recognized, convert it to a common MP3 or M4A format using a trusted tool and try again.
应用数据会自动同步到其他设备吗？Does app data automatically sync to other devices?
不会。当前版本的数据保存在本机，不提供云同步。你可以在“设置 → 数据”中导出备份，再在另一台设备上导入。
No. The current version stores data locally and does not provide cloud sync. Export a backup from Settings → Data and import it on another device.
如何切换中文或英文界面？How do I switch between Chinese and English?
打开“设置”，在顶部“界面语言”中选择“跟随系统”“简体中文”或“English”，界面会立即切换。
Open Settings and choose Follow System, Simplified Chinese, or English under Interface Language. The interface updates immediately.
如何彻底删除我的数据？How do I permanently delete my data?
进入“设置 → 数据”，选择“清空全部数据”并确认。应用可能为防止误操作保留一份最近自动备份；如需彻底移除所有本机应用容器数据，可在卸载 InspoTask 后通过 macOS 管理相关应用数据。你自行导出的备份需要在 Finder 中手动删除。
Go to Settings → Data, choose Clear All Data, and confirm. The app may retain a recent automatic backup to protect against mistakes. To remove all local app-container data, uninstall InspoTask and manage its related app data in macOS. Backups you exported must be deleted manually in Finder.
