1. 我们收集哪些数据

InspoTask 当前版本不收集任何可识别你身份的个人数据，也不会把应用内内容传输到我们的服务器。

应用不要求注册或登录，不包含广告 SDK、第三方统计 SDK、跨应用跟踪工具或云端账号系统。我们不会收集你的姓名、联系方式、精确位置、通讯录、照片、浏览记录、购买记录或设备广告标识符。

1. Data We Collect

The current version of InspoTask does not collect personally identifiable data or transmit your in-app content to our servers.

The app requires no registration or sign-in and includes no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking technology, or cloud account system. We do not collect your name, contact details, precise location, contacts, photos, browsing history, purchase history, or advertising identifier.

2. 本机保存的数据

为了提供任务管理和专注功能，InspoTask 会在你的设备上保存：

• 任务标题、补充说明、标签、优先级、预计时长、截止日期和定时提醒时间；
• 任务状态、完成历史、专注时长和相关统计；
• 界面主题、语言、悬浮窗状态和提醒偏好；
• 你主动选择导入的自定义提示音频。

这些数据用于在本机实现任务列表、番茄钟、统计、悬浮提醒、系统人声播报和自定义声音提醒。除非你主动导出备份或自行转移文件，否则这些内容不会离开你的设备。

2. Data Stored Locally

To provide task management and focus features, InspoTask stores the following on your device:

• Task titles, notes, tags, priorities, estimated duration, due dates, and scheduled reminder times;
• Task status, completion history, focus time, and related statistics;
• Interface theme, language, floating-window state, and reminder preferences;
• Custom reminder audio that you explicitly choose to import.

This data is used locally to provide task lists, Pomodoro timing, statistics, floating reminders, system speech, and custom sound reminders. It does not leave your device unless you explicitly export a backup or transfer a file yourself.

3. 提醒、人声与自定义音频

• 系统人声播报由 macOS 在设备端完成，任务名称不会发送到外部语音服务。
• 自定义音频只会在你选择文件后保存并在本机播放，不会上传给我们。
• InspoTask 不会访问麦克风，也不提供录音、声音克隆或声纹识别功能。
• 当你使用提醒功能时，提醒可能仅在应用运行或下次打开应用后触发，具体以当前产品功能和系统状态为准。

3. Reminders, Speech, and Custom Audio

• System speech is generated on-device by macOS. Task names are not sent to an external speech service.
• Custom audio is stored and played locally only after you choose a file. It is not uploaded to us.
• InspoTask does not access your microphone and does not provide recording, voice cloning, or voiceprint recognition.
• Depending on the current product behavior and system state, reminders may occur while the app is running or when you next open it.

4. 文件访问与备份

InspoTask 仅在你主动选择文件时访问相应内容：

• 选择自定义音频时，应用读取你选择的音频文件；
• 导出数据时，应用将 JSON 备份写入你选择的位置；
• 导入数据时，应用读取你选择的 InspoTask JSON 备份。

导出的备份可能包含任务内容、历史记录、设置和自定义音频。备份文件由你自行保管；如将其发送给他人或上传到第三方云盘，该第三方的隐私规则将适用。

4. File Access and Backups

InspoTask accesses files only when you explicitly choose them:

• When selecting custom audio, the app reads the audio file you choose;
• When exporting data, the app writes a JSON backup to the location you choose;
• When importing data, the app reads the InspoTask JSON backup you choose.

An exported backup may include task content, history, settings, and custom audio. You are responsible for safeguarding the backup. If you send it to someone or upload it to a third-party cloud service, that third party's privacy terms apply.

5. 数据共享、保留与安全

我们不出售、出租或向第三方共享你的应用数据。若法律要求我们作出回应，我们只会在适用法律要求的范围内处理；由于当前版本不将你的应用内容发送给我们，通常我们也无法访问这些本机内容。

数据保留

本机数据会保留到你在应用内清空数据、卸载应用并移除相关容器数据，或由你自行删除导出的备份为止。

安全提示

我们使用 macOS 提供的应用沙盒和用户选择文件访问机制来限制应用权限。没有任何存储方式可以保证绝对安全，请妥善保护你的 Mac、系统账号和导出的备份文件。

5. Sharing, Retention, and Security

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your app data with third parties. If legally required to respond, we will do so only to the extent required by applicable law. Because the current version does not send your app content to us, we generally cannot access that local content.

Retention

Local data remains until you clear it in the app, uninstall the app and remove its related container data, or delete exported backups yourself.

Security

We use the macOS App Sandbox and user-selected file access mechanisms to limit app permissions. No storage method is absolutely secure, so please protect your Mac, system account, and exported backup files.

6. This Privacy and Support Website

These privacy and support pages do not use ads, analytics, or cross-site tracking. Your language preference is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us by these pages. To keep the website secure and operational, the hosting provider may set an essential technical session cookie and process standard access logs, such as IP address, access time, and browser information. This information is not used for advertising profiles, and the hosting provider's terms govern its processing.

7. 儿童隐私

InspoTask 面向一般用户，不以儿童为特定目标。应用不要求创建账号，也不会主动收集儿童或其他用户的个人信息。如果你认为我们以某种方式收到了儿童的个人信息，请通过下方联系方式告知我们。

7. Children's Privacy

InspoTask is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. The app requires no account and does not intentionally collect personal information from children or other users. 8. 政策更新

如果未来版本增加云同步、账号、在线服务、崩溃分析或其他可能影响数据处理方式的功能，我们会在功能启用前更新本政策，并修改页面顶部的生效日期。重大变化可能同时通过应用更新说明或其他适当方式告知。

8. Changes to This Policy

If a future version adds cloud sync, accounts, online services, crash analytics, or another feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this policy before that feature becomes active and revise the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through release notes or another appropriate method.
